He brings 37 years of rich industrial experience as a global operations leader in Medical Equipment/Devices, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverages and FMCG companies across geographical regions in the USA, Netherlands, South East Asia, China and India.

Prior to his work with AiMeD, he served as Director & Global Operations Leader with Philips Healthcare for 9 years.

He was also the Head of Manufacturing, Industrial Projects – India & SEA with Baxter Healthcare. He also served in multiple roles in Operations with PepsiCo, Gillette, Birla Yamaha, Metal Box and Shriram Pistons.

He has a proven track record of success and experience of more than three decades in strategy and execution, lean & operational excellence, transformation post-acquisition, greenfield projects, global industrial transfer projects, downsizing and consolidation, new product development and industrialisation.
