Dr Pankaj J Banode, Professor & Head in Interventional Radiology, DMIMS, JN Medical College, Wardha, is a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist with 14 years of experience in the field of Radiology and Imaging.

He has worked in various well-known and well-equipped teaching institutes, having expertise in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Venous Interventional, Doppler, MRI and CT.

He has been associated with DMIMS, JN Medical College, Wardha since 2003, previously serving as Lecturer and Associate Professor of Radiology.

Dr Banode holds an MBBS from NKP SIMS, Nagpur and DMRD (Radiodiagnosis) from GMC Nagpur.

He is the author of nearly 30 articles that have been published in national and international journals.

He was awarded the Exemplary Protégé Award of Central India in appreciation of his contribution in establishing, continuing and propagating the practise of Interventional Radiology in India at the 16th Annual Conference of Indian Society of Vascular Interventional Radiology, FLOW 2014.
