A management graduate with over two decades of experience, Rai has extensive experience in leadership roles in fast-paced and highly competitive industry environments in traditional as well as new-age digital businesses across consumer and enterprise segments in e-Commerce, Telecommunications & HealthTech.
He has worked in leadership roles with some of India’s largest business houses and companies such as Reliance Jio, Vodafone, Idea & TATA, and leading Product & Marketing roles at a national level.
His experience spans over diverse organizational cultures as well as stages in the business cycle – from start-up to acquisition ramp up, steady state as well as hyper growth and M&A-led integration.
Rai has a rich experience in the areas of Business Strategy, Product Management, Brand, Pricing, Performance Marketing, Profit Centre Operations, Digital Transformation and Business Development & Distribution.
