Dr. Aloke Mullick is currently the Group CEO of Omni Hospitals, a South India-based tertiary hospital chain where he is responsible for developing leadership excellence, creating operational and business transformation, and managing strategic growth.
Before this, Dr. Aloke Mullick was heading one of the largest Indian Corporate hospitals, 1000 beds KIMS Hospital Minister Road, Hyderabad, where he delivered several businesses process and soft skills transformation projects apart from creating an Indian top 10 percentile EBIDTA through aggressive revenue management, benchmark-based cost management and revenue leakage management.
As country Head of Mayapada Hospital Jakarta, Indonesia, he set up the hospital from scratch. He has been a process excellence consultant at the 1,500 bedded SJD Hospital Netherlands. Dr Mullick has been practicing Heartfulness Meditation for past more than 20 year and is a certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer.
