Balamurugan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Balamurugan Ramasamy is the Head of a Business unit that offers Engineering and R&amp;D services to global MedTech companies.<\/p>\n<p>He has more than 30 years of product development experience across multiple verticals including computing, automotive, medical devices and industrial products.<\/p>\n<p>Ramasamy joined HCL in 1986 as an R&amp;D Engineer and as Head of R&amp;D in the Peripherals Division of HCL, he was instrumental in releasing a number of new products in the Indian market. From 2000, he has been part of the Engineering &amp; R&amp;D Services group of HCL Technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Ramasamy has helped create and grow the medical device product engineering services organization, which is a 5000+ strong cross-functional team today.
